My bride and I did not want to do the “slow turn” for our first dance. We wanted something more, something special. But there were several problems. Neither of us had any previous dance experience or lessons, there was little time (approximately 2 months) before the wedding, we were extremely busy with work and wedding planning, and we had a shortage of confidence and a surplus of fear/apprehension. Could we even learn to dance? Could we do so in such a relatively short period of time? Would whatever we might learn by necessity be so fundamentally simple that it would be simply a variation of the “slow turn”? As a result of all these problems and questions, we almost decided not to pursue lessons and just doing the safe (and boring) dance. Then, we met Georgi and Adriana! From the very first meeting, they made it a point to get to know us, both as individuals and a couple. They listened to us and gained an understanding of our hopes for something special and fears of not achieving it. Georgi choreographed a beautiful dance routine reflecting our personalities as well as fully complimenting the special song we had chosen. The moves and little details he incorporated into the dance, made us feel that it truly was “OUR” dance. They were professional, patient and understanding, and very accommodating with the scheduling. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend them!
